As The Cut Resistance Specialists we keep our product range focused and consolidated with cut being the primary feature. By creating products that are fit for multiple sectors and industries we reduce the number of styles you have to learn and stock.
But, we understand that even just focusing on cut resistance there can be a lot to learn about the new EN388:2016+A1:2018 standard and how cut levels are now measured.
If you’ve previously referred to the old standard EN3088:2003 which rated cut from 1-5 you need to switch to the new standard which measures A-F. A being the lowest, F being the highest.
To help you navigate the cut levels, what type of applications are typically needing that level of cut, and then most importantly which of our products will best suit your requirements, we’ve put together two handy product finder matrices.
1) A simple guide to our range by cut and weight of the glove. Download it here
2) Further guidance on Good/Better/Best options to help you make an even more informed decision. Download here
